The department of English was established in year 1985 with U.G. course . Our major concern is to foster the growth to a students community well versed in english language & literature . It is not as small thing for a man or a woman to become a master of the international language & of it rich & complex literature .

        The students are encouraged to imbibe these qualities by working collectively in the classroom on exercises and examples provided by the teachers .
