The following documents are to be enclosed along with the application form:

1. Original Transfer Certificate (T.C.) of the last studied institution.
2. A photocopy of the Mark sheet of the 10th and 12th exams.
3. Migration Certificate for the students from other Universities and Boards.
4. Character Certificate attested by the Principal of the last studied institution.
5. Character Certificate of Private students attested by 2 persons of authorized posts must be submitted.
6. Gap Certificate should be submitted by candidates who have a discontinuity in studies.
7. The candidates for the job must produce a ' No-Objection ' certificate from their respective offices.
8. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC should produce a Caste Certificate.
9. All the Original certificates are to be produced during Counseling.
   

   Guidelines for admission in College :

   The Guidelines for admission to graduate and post-graduate classes in the government. and non-Govt. Colleges in Chhattisgarh are the ones followed since 98-99, and are forwarded by the Additional Director, Higher Education, C.G., Raipur under पृ॰ क्र॰2186/ आउ।री/शा॰ 1/98, dated. 18.6.98.

   Also, the admission rules forwarded by Bilaspur University, Bilaspur, from time to time are followed as the guidelines for admission.
